PKR Beta Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PKR Beta platform, website, mobile application and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. PKR Beta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser or the PKR Beta app. They supplement and incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on this site.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on PKR Beta you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or proxy registrations are not permitted.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not currently hold an active self-exclusion from PKR Beta or any other platform with which PKR Beta has a self-exclusion sharing arrangement.
• Provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration and keep that information updated if it changes.

Each person may hold only one account on PKR Beta. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or under another identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

PKR Beta reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. PKR Beta accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were not maintained on your end.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on PKR Beta are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your PKR Beta balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take a few minutes to confirm depending on your bank. PKR Beta does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your account. PKR Beta reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — only to accounts or wallets registered in your own name that match the name on your PKR Beta account. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a review of your account.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals: typically processed within minutes during operational hours.
• Raast withdrawals: processed within the same business day for requests submitted during normal hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processing times vary by bank but are generally completed within one business day.

PKR Beta reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

PKR Beta offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer will carry its own specific terms including eligibility conditions, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry windows. These specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions and must be read alongside them.

Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from that bonus must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contributions by game type are listed on the relevant promotion page.

PKR Beta reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account, any remaining unwagered bonus amount will be removed. Real money deposits made alongside the bonus will not be affected.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who, in PKR Beta's reasonable assessment, are exploiting bonus structures — through pattern betting, hedging, bonus abuse strategies or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus eligibility removed and may have bonuses previously received reversed.

Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirements, or used in any way other than for playing on the Platform.

5 Sports Betting Rules

PKR Beta offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), football and esports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds move in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

PKR Beta reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market, restrict certain markets to specific account types or withdraw markets entirely before an event starts without prior notice.

• Voided bets: A bet will be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if the market is declared void due to a pricing error. Voided bets are returned as stake to your PKR Beta balance.
• Settlement: Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or ICC as applicable. For football and esports, results from the relevant official source are used.
• In-play disputes: If a live stream or data feed error causes a bet to be accepted at clearly incorrect odds, PKR Beta reserves the right to void that bet. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated as if those selections were not included. The remaining selections stand.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-transaction payout cap applies across all sports betting markets. The current cap is displayed on the Sports page. Bets that would generate winnings exceeding this cap will have the payout limited to the cap amount.

PKR Beta does not accept bets placed on behalf of another person. Each bet must be placed by and for the registered account holder only.

6 Live Casino and Games

PKR Beta's live casino is powered by third-party studio providers. Games are streamed in real time from physical studios and are subject to the game rules displayed on screen at each table. In the event of a conflict between on-screen game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules displayed at the table take precedence for that game only.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the following policy applies:

• If the disconnection occurs before a round is completed and the game server has not yet determined an outcome, the round will be settled based on the server-side result once the connection is restored or the round concludes, whichever comes first.
• If the game server has already determined an outcome at the time of disconnection, that outcome stands and the result will be applied to your balance when you reconnect.
• PKR Beta is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device, your internet connection or your mobile network provider.

Bingo rooms operate on fixed draw schedules. Tickets purchased for a draw cannot be cancelled or refunded once the draw has commenced. Prizes are credited automatically to your PKR Beta balance immediately after each draw is completed.

All games on PKR Beta use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history or any other player-specific factor.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR Beta and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way — including to place bets, scrape odds or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets to exploit a market or bonus.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or glitches in any game or the Platform itself. Any winnings generated through a known or obvious technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. PKR Beta cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating such activities.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account, or accessing another person's account under any circumstances.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or at any other point when interacting with PKR Beta.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players, including abusive behaviour in any live chat or game chat function.

PKR Beta reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears unusual or inconsistent with normal play patterns. During any investigation, access to the account and withdrawal functionality may be restricted pending the outcome.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR Beta Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, imagery and all other materials — is the intellectual property of PKR Beta or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from PKR Beta. Unauthorised use of PKR Beta's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data

PKR Beta collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on this site. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

PKR Beta will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and, where legally required, with relevant authorities — but only to the extent necessary and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

PKR Beta is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. Gaming should be entertainment — not a way to generate income, recover financial losses or escape personal problems. If you find yourself gambling beyond your means or feel your play is becoming difficult to manage, please use the tools available in your account.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session timers: Set a maximum session duration so the Platform notifies you when your play time has reached the limit you chose.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or permanent. During self-exclusion your account is suspended and no deposits can be made. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display how long you have been playing and your net balance change during the session.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. PKR Beta makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or circumstances beyond PKR Beta's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR Beta's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of your PKR Beta account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

PKR Beta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including loss of data, loss of profits or any losses arising from your reliance on the Platform being available at any specific time.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PKR Beta may amend these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied without specific notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
